The family’s lawyer has already commented on the matter and said he will seek justice for those who leaked the images and also those who shared them.
The Civil Police of Minas Gerais reported that it will investigate the leak. They said it is possible to identify who had access to the system.
“The PCMG clarifies that it is not consistent with these events and ensures that the action is being investigated for clarification and accountability of those involved”, he said in a note.

Marília’s mother said in the statement informing that people need to be punished and asking for respect for the image left by the singer.
“We need these delinquents to pay. There’s no other word, they’re delinquents, who don’t respect the memory of a person who’s gone, whatever it may be, it’s not because my daughter is Marília. They don’t respect the memory”.
